1. Order Processing Time

After your order confirmation is completed, our professional warehouse team will finish order verification, full product inspection and sealed packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and official statutory holidays are excluded and will not be counted as working days for order processing.

During large-scale promotions, seasonal shopping peaks and holiday periods, the sharp growth of order volume may slow down conventional processing progress and cause minor delays. We will take the initiative to send email notifications to all customers once obvious and long-term order delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are automatically calculated according to the package weight, overall size and final shipping destination. All specific shipping costs will be fully displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation to ensure transparent pricing.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your luggage order passes all pre-shipment quality inspections and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing exclusive tracking numbers and official logistics inquiry channels.

Tracking information cannot be queried immediately after delivery. Due to the data synchronization rules of global logistics platforms, real-time parcel tracking status will be fully updated and available within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to carefully check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of the recipient address, postal code and contact information during checkout to avoid parcel misdelivery, detention or return.

COLLINS ANTHONY ORTEZ JR will not bear any responsibility for parcel loss, misdelivery or secondary delivery costs caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any package returned to our warehouse due to address errors requires customers to bear additional reshipping fees for re-delivery services.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your luggage parcel is confirmed missing or completely untraceable during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer support team and submit your valid order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date for a professional logistics investigation.

Damaged Items:

If your luggage products arrive with deformed structure, broken hardware accessories, torn fabric or damaged outer packaging, please submit an after-sales request within 48 hours after receiving the goods. You need to provide clear original photos of both damaged products and complete outer packaging for official verification. Our team will professionally review your case and provide targeted solutions as soon as possible.

6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice

Each luggage and bag product is equipped with professional material usage and maintenance guidelines. Correct daily use, cleaning and storage methods can effectively avoid premature wear, scratch and deformation, greatly extending the service life of luggage products.

COLLINS ANTHONY ORTEZ JR is not liable for product damage, deformation, accessory failure and performance degradation caused by overloading, violent collision, improper cleaning, unauthorized disassembly and personal misuse of products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and other administrative fees formulated by the local customs of the destination country. All related additional charges are borne independently by the customer and are not included in product prices and standard shipping fees.
